Article 1 Purpose
The purpose of these terms and conditions is to stipulate the conditions and procedures of use, rights and obligations, and other necessary matters between Uway Apply Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and the customer (hereinafter referred to as the "Member") who uses all services provided by the Company (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").
Article 2 Effect and Amendment of Terms
The Service is provided on the condition that the Member accepts the provisions stipulated in these terms, and the Member is deemed to have agreed to these terms upon clicking the "Agree" button during registration.
These terms shall become effective upon being published online.
The Company reserves the right to amend the terms at its discretion when there are unavoidable reasons for change, and the amended terms shall become effective upon being announced online.
If the Member does not agree to the amended terms, they may request to withdraw, and if they continue to use the Service after the effective date of the amended terms, the Member shall be deemed to have agreed to the amendments.
Article 3 Rules Outside the Terms
Matters not specified in these terms shall be governed by relevant domestic laws and regulations.
Article 4 Conclusion of Use Agreement
The use agreement is established when the Company accepts the Member's application for registration.
The Company may reject the application if the contents of the application are false or if the application violates any stipulated matters.
Article 5 Termination of Use Agreement
The Member may request the termination of the use agreement from the Company at any time.
Upon receipt of the Member's termination request, the Company shall immediately process the withdrawal and delete the personal information, except where specified otherwise by relevant laws and the privacy policy.
The Company may terminate, restrict, or suspend the use agreement without prior notice if the Member commits an act that violates Article 9 Obligations of the Member.
Article 6 Services
The Company provides the following services:
- News service
- Video service
- Bulletin board service
- Survey service
- DB serviceThe Company may add, change, or delete service contents if necessary.
Article 7 Obligations of the Company
The Company shall make its best efforts to ensure that the Service is provided continuously and stably.
As a rule, the Company provides the Service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. However, the Service may be temporarily suspended in the event of unavoidable circumstances such as regular maintenance, natural disasters, or emergencies.
Article 8 Protection of Personal Information
The Company may not disclose or distribute the Member's personal information collected in connection with the Service to a third party without their prior consent. However, this shall not apply if there is a request from a relevant authority in accordance with relevant laws.
The Company shall state and announce other matters relating to personal information, including the Data Protection Officer, in a separately established "Privacy Policy".
Article 9 Obligations of the Member
The Member is responsible for managing their ID and password.
The Member may not transfer or lend their ID to a third party.
The Member must notify the Company if their ID is used fraudulently.
The Member must ensure that there are no false statements, errors, or omissions in the input fields during registration.
The Member may not engage in acts that infringe upon the rights or copyrights of third parties.
The Member must comply with the matters stipulated in these terms and relevant laws, and must not engage in any other acts that interfere with the Company's business.
The Member may not engage in any profit-making activities using the Service without the Company's prior consent.
Article 10 Copyright
The copyright for all services of the Company belongs to the Company, providers who supply content to the Company, and advertisers. All these works are protected by copyright laws and relevant regulations, and may not be used or allowed to be used by a third party through reproduction, publication, transmission, distribution, broadcasting, or other methods without the prior consent of the Company, content providers, and advertisers. Copyright infringement of the works is subject to relevant laws.
The Company is not responsible for the content posted by the Member in article comments, bulletin boards, etc., within the Service.
The Company shall state and announce other matters relating to copyright in a separately established "Copyright Policy".
Article 11 Miscellaneous
These terms and conditions have been drafted based on the standard terms and conditions of the Fair Trade Commission.
