Article 1 Purpose
The purpose of these Terms of Service is to stipulate the conditions and procedures of use, rights and obligations, and other necessary matters between UwayApply Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Company) and the customers (hereinafter referred to as the Members) who use all services provided by the Company (hereinafter referred to as the Services).
Article 2 Effect and Amendment of Terms
The Services are provided on the condition that the Member accepts the provisions stipulated in these Terms, and the Member is deemed to have agreed to these Terms at the same time as clicking the "Agree" button upon registration.
These Terms become effective by being posted online.
The Company has the right to amend the Terms at its discretion when there is an unavoidable reason for the change, and the amended Terms become effective by being announced online.
If the Member does not agree to the amended Terms, they may request to withdraw, and if they continue to use the Services after the effective date of the amended Terms, the Member is deemed to have agreed to the amendments of the Terms.
Article 3 Rules Outside the Terms
Matters not specified in these Terms shall be governed by the provisions of relevant domestic laws and regulations.
Article 4 Conclusion of Use Agreement
The Use Agreement is established when the Company accepts the Member's application for membership registration.
The Company may refuse the registration application if the contents of the application are false or if the application violates the stipulated overall matters.
Article 5 Termination of Use Agreement
The Member may request the termination of the Use Agreement from the Company at any time.
The Company shall process the Member's withdrawal immediately upon receipt of the Member's termination request and delete the personal information except as specified in relevant laws and the Privacy Policy.
The Company may terminate, limit, or suspend the Use Agreement without prior notice if the Member commits an act that violates Article 9 Obligations of the Member.
Article 6 Services
The Company provides the following services:
- News Service
- Video Service
- Bulletin Board Service
- Survey Service
- DB ServiceThe Company may add, change, or delete service contents if necessary.
Article 7 Obligations of the Company
The Company shall do its best to ensure that the Services are provided continuously and stably.
The Company's principle is to provide the Services 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. However, the Services may be temporarily suspended in the event of unavoidable reasons such as regular maintenance, natural disasters, or emergencies.
Article 8 Protection of Personal Information
The Company may not disclose or distribute the Member's personal information collected in connection with the Services to a third party without their prior consent. However, this shall not apply if there is a request from a related agency in accordance with relevant laws.
The Company shall specify and announce other matters related to personal information, including the Personal Information Protection Officer, in a separately determined "Privacy Policy".
Article 9 Obligations of the Member
The Member is responsible for managing their ID and password.
The Member may not transfer or lend their ID to a third party.
If the Member's ID is used illegally, they must notify the Company.
The Member must ensure that there are no false statements, errors, or omissions in the input fields when registering for membership.
The Member may not engage in acts that infringe upon the rights or copyrights of a third party.
The Member must comply with the matters stipulated in these Terms and related laws and must not engage in any acts that interfere with the Company's business.
The Member may not engage in any commercial acts using the Services without the prior consent of the Company.
Article 10 Copyright
The copyright for all Services of the Company belongs to the Company, the providers who supply content to the Company, and the advertisers. All these works are protected by the Copyright Act and related laws, and they may not be used or allowed to be used by a third party through reproduction, publication, transmission, distribution, broadcasting, or other methods without the prior consent of the Company, content providers, or advertisers, and copyright infringement on the works is subject to the application of related laws.
The Company is not responsible for the content posted by the Member in article comments, bulletin boards, etc., within the Services.
The Company shall specify and announce other matters related to copyright in a separately determined "Copyright Policy".
Article 11 Miscellaneous
These Terms were prepared based on the standard terms and conditions of the Fair Trade Commission.
