"A Perfect Star" BLACKPINK's Jennie Named to TIME's '100 Most Influential People'

Jennie, a member of the group BLACKPINK, has once again proven her global influence by being included on the '100 Most Influential People of the Year' list published by the U.S. newsweekly TIME.

According to the TIME list released on the 15th (local time), Jennie was proudly selected in the artists category. Each year, TIME selects and publishes individuals who have had a significant impact on global affairs and culture. Through last year's solo album 'Ruby,' Jennie set an unprecedented record as the first female K-pop solo artist to have three songs simultaneously enter the U.S. Billboard main singles chart, the 'Billboard Hot 100.'

Regarding this selection, acclaimed American singer-songwriter Gracie Abrams poured praise in a tribute. Abrams said, "To put it bluntly, she is a perfect star," and added, "There is magic at the core of Jennie.
