Less than a year after debut, CORTIS has demonstrated global box-office power by selling out all 14 shows on its first tour, including its first solo concerts in Japan.
BigHit Music said on the 4th that CORTIS' first tour, '2026 CORTIS TOUR IN JAPAN,' sold out all dates. The agency said both the fan-club lottery and general sales drew heavy demand, with even the additional standing-room tickets selling out. BigHit Music said, "CORTIS (Martin, James, Ju-hun, Seong-hyeon, Geon-ho)'s first tour '2026 CORTIS TOUR IN JAPAN' recorded sold-out shows across all dates," adding, "Both the fan club lottery and general ticket sales experienced intense competition, and even the additional standing-room tickets that were opened were all sold out." The Japan run will be held from September 4 to 6 at Pia Arena MM in Kanagawa.
CORTIS has now sold out all 14 performances in nine cities on its first tour. Tickets for the July opening show at Incheon Inspire Arena and the North American and Seoul performances in August had already sold out during the fan club presale phase.
They begin their North American tour on the 4th (local time), starting in Toronto, Canada, and will perform in New York, Atlanta, Irving, Los Angeles and San Francisco. Then, on August 22 and 23, they will hold a concert celebrating the first anniversary of their debut titled "2026 CORTIS TOUR BIRTHDAY PARTY" at Korea University Hwajeong Gymnasium in Seoul.
On the 1st, CORTIS performed at Lollapalooza Chicago as the festival's only K-pop boy group. The group's second EP title track, "REDRED," has also remained on Spotify's 'Daily Top Song Global' chart for 100 consecutive days.
